Cody Tettemer

Adjunct Professor
Cody Tettemer is an adjunct professor at Charleston School of Law. He teaches the Charleston Pro Bono Housing Clinic at the law school, where students utilize the Student Practice Rule (Rule 401) to represent clients in Magistrate Court.

Experience & Activities

Cody Tettemer is a West Chester University of Pennsylvania graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a graduate of Charleston School of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 2019.

Cody is a South Carolina Bar and Charleston County Bar Association member. He joined Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services as a Covid-19 Response Attorney after graduation.

Once the one-year grant funding the position ended, he stayed on as a Senior Staff Attorney focused on housing-related civil legal needs for low-income residents of Charleston County.
