Ohlemeyer, Bernick to discuss corporate law Oct. 6

Ohlemeyer, a partner with Boies, Schiller & Flexner in New York, focuses his practice on complex litigation with with an emphasis on mass torts, product liability, class actions and federal multidistrict litigation.
Bernick, a partner with Kirkland and Ellis in New York, has tried unique, high-profile cases in state and federal courts across the country and in a wide variety of subject areas, including RICO, environmental crimes, fraudulent conveyance, products liability and commercial class actions.
