Traxler, Wilkins to speak Oct. 5
As part of the school's Fall 2009 Professionalism Series, two appellate judges will speak 4:30 p.m. Monday to students at the Charleston Music Hall on John Street.
Chief Judge William B. Traxler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and former Chief Judge William W. Wilkins, who served in the same court, will offer a presentation entitled, "Effective Communication on the Trial and Appellate Levels."
