Research

The Center promotes research and writing in the areas of dispute resolution theory, skills, techniques and application. Students, faculty and practitioners are developing an annual publication drafted, edited and published by students from the Law School to be distributed to other students, educators, practitioners and institutional leaders and managers interested in dispute resolution. The publication will address issues associated with both the theory and practice of dispute resolution and highlight events hosted by the Center.
