26 graduate in December from law school

Congratulations to 26 new graduates, who received their diplomas in a Dec. 14, 2008, ceremony:

First alumni luncheon held Jan. 26

The Charleston School of Law hosted its first alumni luncheon Jan. 26 at the Harbour Club. The event was attended by alumni, as well as members of the faculty and staff and two of the Founders, Judges Robert Carr and Alex Sanders.

The highlight of the event was the unveiling of a plaque to honor the members of the first ever graduation class. The plaque, provided by funding from WestLaw will hang in the Mary Street Building and will serve as a reminder of the pioneer class and their contribution to the creation of the Charleston School of Law.
